I don’t like exercise, What should I do?

You are not alone. There are many people who don’t like to go to the gym or do the same activities every day or every week. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to. There is good news for you. There are many more options available for physical activities that you can enjoy at home.

Playing with family or friends: 

You can play many games either solo or with your friends.

As you can see, there are many options, you can make a group among your family or friends and play with them regularly. All these games you can play either indoor or near your home. I would suggest you can try these and slowly increase the duration of the activity.  You can easily get 150 minutes or more per week, that would be great for your health.
